How about this for insanity?
A wine bar in the UK was fined 100k in British pounds after a teenager, Gaby Scanlon, had to have her stomach removed after she was given a smoking liquid nitrogen cocktail called the Nitro-jagermeister for free in celebration of her 18th birthday. This was in Lancaster, UK.
Common sense seems to be dead in some people.
