I was a couple months ago. I think I was overtraining. I have recently stepped down to a M/W/F split at the gym instead of 5, (or even sometimes 6) days a week at the gym. Since then my energy has been much better. Don't know if that's the case for you, but it seems like I was overtraining. Maybe something to consider.

I have been experiencing the same thing. I have an appointment with my endo on Friday, and we checked test levels and thyroid. I tested on the low side with thyroid the last time I had a blood test, but it wasn't out of range so I'll have to see if that has changed. I don't think I have been overtraining, and I haven't really been on anything except GH and my HRT for a while, and I just came off of GH last week. I doubt the GH would have had anything to do with it.

im ALWAYS tired..... it sucks because for me it leads to becomming very un-motivated. And any type of caffine or upper just kills my appetite.

Same here, and I am 2/3 my way through this cycle. Not enough energy here either. I do train 6 days a week, and I have been doing cardio 2X a day. I can tell since I stepped up my cardio, I am slowly leaning out, but still have stubborn sections on my core which I know will just take time, but my muscle mass is definately suffering. Cardio even done light reduces my size, I need to find that happy medium. I suspect I am overtraining, and fluctuating hormone levels due to TNE is a culprit of tiredness, and lack of patience. Another thing which can cause lethargy is not enough water. I have learned that the hard way recently. Tren Hex is no joke, and I require a min of 1.5 gallons of water a day. There is some type of correlation between that drug and the way my body needs water for hydration. I am still figuring that one out.

for me its either overtraining, over eating, or just not getting enough rest.

the best thing we can all do is listen to our bodies. Some believe its purley mind over matter (which it is sometimes) but never forget we're all human and have our limits.

-try power napping if you get a chance during the day
-lower starchy carbs if their high (they will make you sleepy)
-if your hitting the gym more than 5 times a week, or just feel you need to be there to just do SOMETHING, maybe just have a day of streching for a good half hour, but still follow same meal and supplement plan as if you were weight training.

I feel awesome! i wake up at 5am and have a ton of energy all day

Not sure if its my vitamin, cycle support, detox mix- more fiber in my diet, or the fact that my bp is back to the normal range. But Im staying away from EQ, and tren.- no more orals either.

Also dropped cardio and the diet.

I drink very rarely now.

so its one of these five:

no diet
no cardio
no harsh gear
no drinking
good organ health/ detox mix every day.

For me, I think it's related to the reduction in my HRT dosage. I'm going to have to talk to my endo to try to persuade him to leave it alone or increase it. Damn doctor has no idea what it's doing to me.

I've been tired for a few years now. No matter how much sleep I get, how little, how much/little I eat, etc. Nothing works.

Even energy supplements do squat for me. It sucks but I just push through the day. I'd KILL to have the energy I had when I was in my late teens/early 20's......and that wasn't very long ago. :upset:

ive been tired as shit this week been out of town and sleeping like 3 or 4 hours a night sucks finally im back and hopefully gonna get a good nights sleep tonight.

A couple of years ago I had some issues with early afternoon fatigue, after checking all blood work and still coming up normal (other than false readings on the obvious.) Spent several weeks adjusting my schdeule and traiing routin only to end up adjusting my daily carb intake more specifically my first and main carb intake. changed thigns around and added more carbs for my first meal and havent had much of a fatigue issue since then....could just be me though lol.

The last few months have been excruaciating, im tired all day, dragging, no energy ,etc, etc...

I have had blood work and nothing irregular shows.

I wonder if I have fucked up my adrenal levels, igf, hgh, or cortisol, something important??

Anyone else experience this kind of fatigue, and what types of things have you done for energy.

Even 100mgs of Ephedrine doesn't wake me up!!

If your talking about only being able to lift, no cardio- then spend the rest of the day in bed.... Yes, i had that type of fatigue. I think its the gear bro. If your on anything harsh... tren, orals, high test... you need to back off. Your body is telling you something.

For most of you guys it more a matter of overtraining or a lack of something in your diet...

Big JC - You might want to cut back training to 4-5 days a week, and change up the split a bit...Lower the volume a tad bit or just take a few extra days off from the gym...

For me, too low of a dose on HRT leaves me tired. When I went on cycle, my energy levels picked back up again. The only thing I have to deal with constantly is my hypoglycemia.
