For those of you who have serious joint pain, issues, arthritis or just aches and pains from heavy lifting...thought posting this might help some of you guys...

Wanted to give you guys a heads up on a product I have been using for just over 5 years, actually alot of us in Strongman use this product..

It's made by Absorbine Jr (I am not sponsored or affiliated with them).

It is technically for Horses, though its ingredients are all natural and safe and this stuff works wonders...

I use this on my elbows 15 minutes prior for every pressing session I do, because I have bad elbows after years of heavy lifting..This stuff allows you to work through nagging aches and pains...

It may help heal injuries too for the fact that it reduces swelling and improves circulation at the applied site...

You can get it at vet stores, feed stores, or Tractor Supply chains, or online. It's like $12 bucks for a bottle that can last you a year or more.

Thx , needed that info bad!! my elbows are and wrist has set me backI've tryed flex suppz and all kinds of other joints suppz, nothing works, a lot of money waistedon my way to dah vet!!!

Lol, thanks Wes. I love this stuff. I have a shelf full of "different" therapys. I like the stuff for horses the
best! (Im serious. lol)

I 100% back this stuff! I played baseball all thru college and always used it on my elbow and the stuff was a miracle worker! My little league coach who played minor league ball as pitcher told me a out it when I was in 6th or 7th grade and used it since then...stuff still works! I do therapy and I suggest it to a lot of my clients
