the last 2 are from the wonderfully judged show i competed at 2 weeks ago... and the others are from the gym a few days ago. my weight went back up.. i weighted in at 213, and am currently 235 or so. im looking to break the 265 mark this winter to come in at 225 shredded nxt time around

You definitely look legit from the comp pics, do you happen to have any of the competitors that "beat" you?
 
damn bro you look about 8 feet tall in those show pics, how tall r u? Also your legs have come along nicely as well I can see.

Wow- so from the pics the first guy was bigger than you(missing cuts and definition) and the second guy had no definition and was about the same size as you... what the hell were they looking for? Did they tell you anything or did you ask? As was stated before, local shows are so biased- unless you are in their circle they aren't going to give you the credit for busting your ass or for the most part tell you why. That is part that sucks...

You definately got fucked and should've beaten those guys. At the same time I think you should aim to come in leaner and drier for your next show. You've got a great frame and no weaknesses that I can see. I always try to be about a week ahead and be sick shredded that way I have a few days to fine tune evereything. It seems that your legs got super seperated and lean, but your midsection was not as lean or holding water. Just contructive criticism bro

my legs and arms are ALWAYS weeks ahead of everything else. and im
not sure if you remember but this wasnt the show i was shooting for, the one i was gonna do that was cancelled was 4 weeks ahead... and when i was depleting for this show... (day before carbing up) i found out it was back on.

i was pissed, but regardless i learned alot from my trainer and decided to not do the show on the 30th and just bulk through the winter and come back maybe nxt summer or fall bigger and harder
 
Might I make a small suggestion......Take atleast a year off and pack on as much muscle as possible, I would even say maybe more then a year, and dont come off!!! I might get killed here but as You know Jon my suggestion has always been stay on the gear longer, much longer otherwise by the time you look how you want to look you'll be burnt out from cycle after cycle, and show after show, just take some time off and dont worry about stacking cycles, Testosterone is all you need brutha, toss in a little drol and tren here and there for strentgh spurts which will result in growth and muscle spurts and you will get to where you need to be much much faster.

Since you said it first, I feel free to whole heartedly agree. Personally I like lower dose test and deca, but I respond well to deca. Also IGF as often as possible, but I think that's a given. You got your feet wet and know what you need to do to get where you want to be, so just build the muscle now. Its fun to have an extended period to just build muscle as you can learen a ton about how your body responds to different drugs and different doses.
 
You totally got screwed over, Jon, but I agree with Presser and The Dude. I'm currently doing as they suggested and I'm getting the results that we are all looking for.

ive taken yours and nuks advice and decided to just run test cyp through the nxt couple months.

im going to start with a low dose of 500mg weekly for a few weeks then bump it up to 750mg , then up to 1000mg. im going to go slow and only up it when i see results slowing down .... ive been on orals for a bit but in about 5 weeks or so ill add in some drol for a few weeks, then come off and add in alittle deca and just keep playing with some stuff and see what yeilds the best results..:weight:
