These are the key questions people ask when it comes to optimizing BFR.
-
Donāt unwrap between sets because you will lose the pump.
Keep rest short.
The eccentric part of a rep doesnāt matter as much when doing BFR. Instead what matters is pumping as much blood as possible into the muscle.
Finally keep reps high when training BFR.
