Ive got a supplement question. Already taking daily vitamins, protein and creatine. Just ordered Omega3 fish oil (Doc says it will help reduce the elbow pain) I use Jack3d for pre workout (love this stuff) and have been reading about L-Glutamine. Should I add this to the daily compilation of stuff I put in my body? Does anyone think it really helps? Oh another question, Is there something that I should be taking that im not? I think Ive finally got the bulking part down, now to transforming stage. I need more strength.
