What is Your opinion about doing cardio year round, even in Off-Season? I mean for example ~30min LISS at the morning or after training 7x week? Do You think it can inhibit muscle/strength gains ( a lot of studies about cortisol level etc. )? Of course while using AAS.
i hate cardio, but it should not inhibit gains so long as you don't go nuts with it! I went nuts doing cardio for my first show ever, and I know i lost a little bit of muscle doing so, which is why after that I always stayed pretty close to show shape, so i wasn't needing to go nuts with cardio and possibly lose muscle
I do no less than 30 minutes after training 5 days a week. Sometimes 45 minutes. I also do 20-30 minutes in the AM three times a week. If anything its helped with gains as I'm in better shape and have more wiggle room with my diet
