Lili Dong has won the 2023 IFBB Pro League’s Klash Series All South Pro Wellness division show. She outlasted 11 other competitors in Orlando, FL, on Saturday, Oct. 28, to not only take the win but to qualify for the 2024 Wellness Olympia as well. Winner — Lili Dong
Dong already qualified for the 2023 Wellness Olympia after winning the 2023 Southern California Pro back in June. This victory allows her to take an extended offseason after the 2023 Wellness Olympia to prepare for the 2024 contest if she chooses to. This is her second career win, and she had all first-place votes on the judges’ scorecards.
Second Place — Priscilla Lynd
Lynd is in her second year as a pro, and this was her second career runner-up finish. (She was also second at the 2022 Tampa Pro.) She was the clear runner-up in the eyes of the judges based on the scorecards and will have to compete again if she wants to qualify for the 2024 Olympia. The date and location of her next contest has yet to be announced as of this writing.

Third Place — Monica Da Silva
According to NPC News Online, this was Da Silva’s second pro meet and her first since the 2022 Argentina Sur Cup Pro event, where she finished in ninth place. She appeared both leaner and more muscular at this event, which served her well. She showed the potential to be in the running for her first win at a future contest if she chooses to compete again.
Other Notes
Following the 2023 Olympia, the next 2024 Olympia qualifier for the Wellness division is the 2023 Romania Muscle Fest Pro in Bucharest, Romania. The roster for that event has yet to be released as of this writing.
