I’m experiencing a very strong growth phase right now and I’m training five times a week doing somewhere around 20 sets per session and sticking to around 8 to 12 repetitions per set.
This has yielded me some really good results and growth.
However I know my body could use some rest what is the longest time that I should take to rest that won’t ruin my conditioning?
