Can anyone please post there bulk diet up. I am looking to gauge what my plans are for next season diet on september 1st.
 
basically my bulkers are eat clean still but eat as much as you can. I take at least one weight gainer a day to keep calories high. Have more cheat meals and never ever get hungry.
 
bulking id say close to 4500 as i can get its hard for me to eat a hole hole lot while keeping it mediumly clean. but thats about what i shoot for.
 
Wow, that's low. I can't remember when my bulks were that low. Mine have run from 8,000 to a max of 9,500(that killed me to eat that much food).
 
MMX2 I would love to know how you get near 10,000 a day? Please bro send me your diet to see what your doing ???
 
I think everyone would like to know how you eat nearly 10k a day. Please post for EVERYONE to see

thats alot of calories bro
i get in 420g protein everyday
i eat clean all year
i am probably at 3-4k and most of my calories come from red meat
 
Red meat is the big driver for me as well.
Guys you have to remember that no normal guy that goes to the gym 4-5 times a week is expected to eat that much. Powerlifter and bodybuilders needs are quite different.
 
Red meat? How do you get around the saturated fats, toxic oils, and other shit that comes with red meat. Your cholesterol must be through the roof!?!
 
I agree i cant eat alot of calories either, but i know for a fact mmx has been able to gobble down those calories for many many years now during his bulk phase, i know a few guys who can and i tryed but damn i just cant do it for some reason

I know guys as well that puts away 10,000 cals /day for their bulk. They compete every season.
 
Damn, thats alot of food.

I believe I could force myself to eat as much as I need to, if it actually went to gains. Anything over 4K and I just get fat.
