I'm quite sure I know the answer, which is no....but does anyone alternate between low carb, higher in fat, then next day switch them, ie low fat, hi carb and expect fat loss? This is different than carb cycling

I think it would depend on calorie requirememts for your low carb day. You couldn't increase fat too much if you planned on a caloric deficit.
I am toying doing exactly that though on a "lean bulk"I plan on doing this year.
I'm curious how the extra fat calories would be handled being constantly flip flopped like that.
