I was on it for 3 days and on my chest day I did 5 more reps @225 and 3 more reps @ 315 then the previous week. I rarely lift heavier than 315 on flat bench as I am not trying to max-out and kill my shoulders so I don't know if it helps my max or not and frankly I don't care if it does. I have benched 405 before and honestly don't want to do it again. It hurts my shoulder. I dont want to risk injury to look cool at the gym pushing weight I cannot handle. I get more out of high rep sets any way.
I "felt" stronger on my back and leg days also.
I cannot say this is the M1T, because I just got off three weeks of IGF and I have been stronger on some of my lifts in the past than I currently am. I do know 100% for sure that M1T has some androgenic effect because my left nipple is itchy. I am actually going to back down the dosage a hair and take an anti E.
For the record I am never one to just jump on the bandwagon of something after only one week. M1T to me feels like a mild dose of Dbol. I will continue for the next two weeks and see how things go. Maybe its just my imagination and its having some kind of placebo effect. Who knows?
