I need to be better than what I do, but I just mentally remember and remind. I used to keep a small note pad in my back pocket and write down every single thing I ate, which kind of helps me know these days roughly what I'm getting in. It's still bad doing it my way, but I'm working on it. My split at the moment is 30/40/30 (bulking). Cutting I'm usually 40/30/30.
