There is a promising new oral male birth control drug that just went under a large study including 100 male subjects 18-55. The drug is Dimethandrolone undecanoate, a nandrolone derivative with an alpha methyl group on carbon 7 and a beta methyl group on carbon 11. This compound is a strong anabolic and progestin molecule that cannot convert to estrogen and it’s DHT derivative is not very potent(30-40% effective at AR activation).
Being a progestin and nandrolone base, it strongly suppresses your natural test production, as well as 2 hormones involved in sperm production. However, due to the 7-alpha methyl group, it cannot bind to SHBG so your sex drive shouldn’t be affected. As far as side effects, a decrease in HDL was noted but mild, even at the 400mg dose(100,200, and 400mg tested). This may seem like a high dose, but it’s NOT 17-alpha methylated, it has the undecanoate water and is either in castor oil or just powder. It must be taken with food for maximum absorption. This could be a potent mass builder, similar to trestolone but without the estrogen conversion.
It will be interesting to see if 1) this will make the underground lab rounds and 2) if congress will allow free male birth control like they did for women(equal rights, right?). This WILL SHUT YOU DOWN! So if you do find this compound, make sure you do a proper PCT, perhaps running hCG daily in small doses while on.
