welcome to MC, and your posting in diet and nutrition forum so im hoping your asking for bulking diet plan and workout plan and not steroid plan, as your way to young for gear.

whats your experience training now now and how do you currently or what do u currently eat

thank you and yes I'm asking for a diet plan and workout plan, i have realised I'm too young for steroids now and my workouts just consists of sit ups and push ups and ab workout but i think thats where i have been going wrong ,

Welcome to the site! At your age you can utilize your natural test so please don't even think of cycling. Eat, lift, sleep and stay away from the bad habits that 18 year olds are going to want to do lol.

Welcome to the site black1000. The best you could hope for with sit ups and push ups is some general conditioning to gain muscle it takes heavy weight and many calories. You need gym equipment at home or at the gym. Then you need to concentrate on heavy compound movements, squats, deadlift, bench press, overhead presses, barbell curls, triceps extensions. Also progressively increase your weight as you go. And eat a lot of protein every 2 hours. Workout 3 days a week. You need to be dedicated and consistent.
Do you have a gym you can join or equipment you can use? Start there, keep it simple.
