MC IGF-1 LR3 Cant wait to start this

Just wanted to start a thread on my experience. First, I am totally new here and have done some really extensive research on IGF-1, as everyone should do before considering using anything you put into your body, even creatine ;). I have been athlete all my life, and have battled some serious right knee injuries (5 surgeries)... My right leg has been through atrophy 4 times. Building my right leg muscles back up has been tough to say the least, and has gotten worse with every surgery. On top of the fact that I am in my mid 30's now and just don't have the energy, and strength in the gym I use to.

I recently started competing in physique, and did really well in my first comp - all natural. But, I was small... really small compared to everyone else (im 6'1" and about 195 6% BF). So knowing I have a solid workout regiment with like 8 solid years under me, and solid diet, I think this could do two things for me... Add a little lean mass, help build my right leg muscles back up, and give me some more energy... Just enjoy life more.

I must say so far my experience here at MC has been top notch. I researched all sorts of alternative, and decided on MC for a number of reasons. I received my order just about a week after ordering, wrapped in an ice pack and packaged well.

I am just in the process of making sure I get the right dosages, but planning on starting low at 10mcg bi-laterally immediately PWO, and going from there. I will be posting progress as I go. Thanks to @presser for all his great help and willingness to answer questions.

Question, I was planning on backfilling with bac water, is this was most are doing and is it necessary? I have read that doing so can minimize burn and muscle destruction from the aa?

i dont think it is necessary and i put 100mcg sub Q at times with very little burn. if im fucking my wife on the carpet and my knees burn i know that shit hurts but the end result is what im after

Gotta love the stuff. Been running everyday for almost 3 months now. Vascular and lean as hell love it! I've never mixed with BB either. It wouldn't hurt (no pun intended) to mix it by any means. Just not something I've ever put thought into doing.

So did the first injections today, only did 20mcg bilaterally. Little sore in the area, but I also think I'm not very gentle, and it's the first time I have ever pinned myself... I definitely notice one side is much scorer than the other, and ironically that side I was like fumbling with the damn thing. I think once I get a "softer" touch should be good.

welcome to the dark side. are you using insulin syringe?

Yes standard 100cc insulin, also... I was so nervous I realized I did not do it sitting, and my legs where obviously contracted cause I was standing, dummy move... Learned my lesson

So I have used MC IGF only two times so far and I have a question. If I have a 1ml insulin pin with 100 units, 2 ticks is 20mcg correct? thanks guys. the two times I have used it, I noticed a distinctive improvement in my knee strength and pain minimization. Leads me to believe the stuff really works!

yep insulin syringe should have 100 tics ive never counted but i draw to the 6th tic which should be 60mcg. yes it works wonders on injuries

Thanks @ironJulius, ya im pretty excited to see the results for actually doing a whole cycle! I have read mixed reviews about post or pre pinning... what's your thought? thanks so much.

i like the pump i get in the gym so i take it preworkout i dont think there is any more benefit beside that oh and i get to eat more carbs lol

The more you do it in one spot the less it will burn. I don't even feel it in my bis or tris anymore. I did forearms for a while. That is a nice burn.

Thanks for the input guys really appreciate it. So i did it today sub c pre workout, def noticed an increase in vascularity and pump and Im only doing 40 mcg. I did however get a little lump at the injection site and its a bit sensitive, anyone else have this happen... I imagine it will subside, i might have been pinching the skin too hard.

yea and it can burn a little but you will be fine in the morning. for some reason it usually happens when pinning stomach

So been on for about 2 weeks now. One thing I def notice is knuckle soreness (arthritic like) and joint pain... From my research shows this otentially indicates 2 things. One being the IGF is real and is working. The other is dosage might be too high. I'm only at 60mcg total, but I'm going to back off to 40 and see if that changes things. I started at 20 bilaterally and seemed ok. So maybe I just need to lower the dosage, as I might just be really sensitive to it. Also, been working wonders on my quad muscles of my damaged leg!
