MC IGF LR3 first timer log!

First and foremost,
Greetings everyone! I'm new to the forums so I hope this is the right spot for this! This will be my first experience with igf, so I plan to run my first solo so I can track anything I may need to know in the future.

Stats:
Sex:M
Age: 25
Height: 5foot9
Weight today: 188.2
Bf%: roughly 12 will check in the morning before starting

My Game plan: (subject to change, open to suggestions)
I plan to utilize this time to accurately log a run of lr3 changing nothing to my diet or training, simply adding the lr3. (hopefully burn a little fat off my midsection)

Dosing:
30mcg 2x daily using a 2 on 1 off schedule.
or 60mcg 4 days out of the week.

I will be logging 2x a week at minimum for ~35-40 days.

Hyped for this one guys! Looking forward to being part of the MC family!

Heard nothing but positive things!

30mcg in about 2 hours ago when I woke up on empty stomach. Will plan on 30 more after my training tonight.

Will follow up if I notice anything, but I'm assuming it will take a few days.
 
Quick update for day 3

Im not pinnin today staying on my 2 on 1 off game plan. As of so far nothing noted except I woke up visibly more vascular today. I'm up .4 lbs but I had my last meal a little late last night so I'm not attributing to the igf at this point. Only other thing to note this early was even at day one, I slept so heavily I almost snoozed to many times for work! so far no complaints but obviously nothing to crazy comes in 2 days! Ill keep you posted.
 
Also I'm going sub q first thing in the morning (7am) and immediately post workout (7pm). Open to suggestions on my timing, or if you believe in local growth, I've just always put research into my sub q stomach.
 
Like your log brother. Have you tried your second dose before your train? Take about 100 grams of carbs and your dose about 30 min before you train and let me know what you think... Get ready for some skin splitting pumps.

I haven't yet, yesterday I got a pretty gnarly pump when I trained with drop sets, should I switch it over to before or is it more effective after? I have legs tomorrow I could experiment with. I wont add the carbs until I'm sipping my intraworout so I will know for sure they aren't the reason the pumps would be hurting. I'll for sure give it a go!
 
I just received my first order of lr3. Is it me or does it look like there is hardly anything in there? Haha. Packaging was good. Looking forward to starting it. I'm going to be using it after pct along with gw and s4. Can anyone recommend a protocol? Timing and dosage. Thanks guys

No it's not you lol it is 1mg/ml . So yeah it's 1mg in 1ml which equals 1,000mcg

So it's small amounts to the eye. when your dealing in micrograms that's how it goes daddio. Fair question though!!

I wasn't doubting anybody bro. First time with the stuff. I only know what 10ml bottles look like lol. How do you take it presser?

I've done a decent amount of research and there are definitely a lot of different opinions on the topic. I would think pre workout would be ideal but it's long acting so it really shouldn't matter right? Half like is approx 20-30 hrs

I haven't tried PWO yet but I am tomorrow so I can follow up! Everyone else prob has better knowledge, I'm only on day 3! So we are both learning.

Maybe im doing this wrong but taking this 30 min pre workout gave me headaches so intense I couldn't even focus in the gym, this made it really hard for me to push it, this happened 2 days in a row taking it 30 min pre.

Any advice on what I could be doing wrong? It was only 30mcg right before, I didn't have any issues doing split dosing am and post.
 
Headaches or light headed? Light head means you need more carbs as igf being insulin like can cause you to go hypo

Wow definitely haven't experienced that and I'm at the 1 month mark. I find I do 1-1½ servings of oatmeal with the 60mcg injection pre and a serving of Gatorade intra-workout. I only got the lightheadedness once and it was on a pretty rough leg day so hard to say if it had anything to do with the igf. How much carbs are you getting in pre?

1.5 hours pwo I have 70 protein 110 carbs and 30 fat

is it possible it's from a combo of my preworkout drink?

Also I'll note beside the headaches the last couple days, week one has been absolutely killer, pumps, vascularity, feeling much fuller, I'm holding water but I would expect that with any new compound anyways, I'm sure it will drop off with another week. If nothing else was noticed you would see it working with the deep sleep, I wake up feeling so damn rested!
 
30grams fat seems really high in the fat content for a pre workout and pretty far away from your workout session to me at an hour and half before. I do 20-30 minutes pre-workout with mainly just carbs and then the intra with carbs(gatorade) or a fruity bcaa and a little whey during.
