3 Mexican firms plead guilty to selling steroids

SAN DIEGO — Three Mexico-based companies that manufactured anabolic steroids pleaded guilty Monday in federal court to conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance in the U.S. The three — Denkall, Quality Vet, and Animal Power — agreed to forfeit $1.4 million in profits.

The three used websites to attract customers in the U.S. Until late 2005, the three were the source of more than 75% of all Mexican steroids seized in the U.S., prosecutors said.

The businesses were indicted in December 2005 along with five other Mexican anabolic steroid manufacturers in what the Drug Enforcement Administration then called its largest operation against suppliers of the banned substances. According to the DEA, the steroid manufacturers tried to mask their intent by marketing their products for use in animals.

Messages left with defense attorneys were not immediately returned Monday.​

Ahh yes good old mexican gear...Great the first year then they watered their gear down to less then half of the MG labeled and then at times it was 1/5 of it's actual dose.. I remember QV enanthate being 200mgs one time and testing it out 8 months later and it was 52mgs and then testing another sample and it was 50mg of Deca in a Enanthate bottle.. you get what you give in life and 1.4 million in profit is a drop in the bucket.. I knew the owner of Denkall and he was making over $25,000 a week for 3 years straight.. Do the math, that is $25,000 x 156 weeks..

To avoid jail time Mexico gov't officials were paid off and they were treated liek kings.. they were still arrested and charged but if you think tehy will do the same kind of time you or I would do your nuts..

If you were selling $10,000 worth of juice a year out of your house for 3 years in the USA your going to for .... EVER

If you were arrested in Mexico for being drunk you would sit in jail till you bribed your way home of died which ever happens first..

All these comapnies did at the time of the arrest was hand over power and control to another guy.. some stayed open and some closed down .. the UG supplies flourished and killed the Mexican market...

Money in the right places and connection to the right gov't officials will determine who gets what..
