My back is looking pretty good except for the middle part between my shoulder blades. What can I do to get some more definition? I do have some definition but it's so flat.
IMO anything that pinches your shoulder blades together is good....one arm dumbell rows, seated rows, hammer strength rows........those have worked for me
I like t-bar rows myself. Instead of the t-bar you can just use a straight bar or curl bar and bend at about a 45 degree angle and pull back like a row.
It gives my back a great burn plus it's getting more defined each day.
