Muscle Chem, Advanced Supplements IGF Trial Run

Hello all,

I am giving a trial run of the IGF LR3, I want it to be noted that I have run IGF a few times with very little success and by that I mean none. So definitely everyone is going out on a limb with this one.

Let me say this first,
I do not expect any supplement to take the part of hard work and diet, period. However, supplements do have there part and well I definitely expect to get some sides and see some difference.

I am actually going into this with a bit of confidence and high hopes. Confidence because Presser is such a stand up guy and this board has been nothing but amazing and supportive. High Hopes because I have always wanted to see what a difference this stuff can make.

I took my first application today at 5:15pm and now cooking dinner. Took 10 units which if I am not mistaken is 100mcg.

My dosing will be 100mcg / day
probably 50mcg pre and 50mcg post workout (unless Presser tells me otherwise)

So far so good, lets get some food in me and see where the journey takes us.

I pin all of it pre workout in whatever muscles I'm working that day. I also run 100mcg so if I do biceps I shoot 50mcg in each bicep 1 hour before I lift. Lr3 has a decently long halflife (20-30 hours) so pinning post workout also, isn't really necessary as your pre workout shot will be active well into the next day. You should notice pumps on the first day. I sure did, and I ran MC's stuff too!

So far so good, however it is quite painful in the application site. Definitely don't think I could apply to the muscle I am going to workout that day... period.

It definitely has something in it working I definitely feel good on it :) Tomorrow is chest day, hoping my pec is healed up enough to allow me to do some damn benching!!!!!!

I had similar experience with IGF before using MC's... you are in for a wonderful experience. Your muscles will get accustomed to the applications and applying to the muscle you are about to train is.an experience that everyone should have. You will never experience a better pump. I use it only preworkout and it amazes me to this day. I've been using MC IGF exclusively since 2007 and in that time I've probably put on near 40 lbs of quality muscle. I've had setbacks unrelated to bodybuilding. MC IGF has near magical powers for healing and recovery. I have a post on here from what I looked like after my spinal fusion and then like 4 months later using a testosterone replacement dose and IGF.

Not a bad day of squats
Did 6 sets of 3 reps at 70% working on form and tried some low bar squats didn't workout great for me.

After squats did 8x3 speed pulls

Weighted hyper extensions 3 sets to failure

4 sets GHR with light band 4 sets of 8

Not a bad day, today is chest, going to try to go raw but if shoulder acts up gonna throw on the sling shot

Yeah I just can't put it in pre workout with the feeling I get and then work that muscle, I'm not exactly lifting light weight so that would be dangerous !

you won't get the same feeling in muscle as you do subq, promise ya! It doesn't sting at all in muscle, and if u do decide to continue subq, the stinging subsides after a while, but you might prefer applying to muscle pre workout, most guys prefer this.

You GOTTA go IM with the injections. It's a game changer bro! Subq supposedly works, but you don't get that Instantaneous pump. Give it a try man.

Bench tonight
Be ready for some videos

A few people have asked why I don’t do IIFYM dieting. Afterall, I am new to dieting and it’s everywhere you turn, some sexy woman is eating a cupcake being like IIFYM! So why aren’t I on the IIFYM bus ?

IIFYM rests on the premise that all calories are fairly equal and that you can obtain pretty standardized muscle building / fat burning potential by eating within your Macros (proteins, carbs, fats). Thus, if you are at a 270 calorie deficit it’s perfectly okay to indulge in that Hostess Twinkie, you did, afterall, stay within the macros for the day and thus aren’t in any danger of gaining weight or harming your muscle building potential—FALSE !

To understand the drawback of IIFYM you have to understand how macros really affect you, in essence a calorie is not a calorie.
Eating 270 calories of a Twinkie is not going to yield the same muscle building or fat loss power as 270 calories from chicken, spinach, and a sweet potato. Period. In essence the concept of calories in/calories out is flawed.

Furthermore we have to look at what comprises the macros, 270 calories from different sources can drastically impact your physiological response. 270 calories from high glycemic carbs are different then low glycemic, 270 calories of fat is different than non-fats as well. To optimize your weight goals you have to take into consideration how the contents of what you are eating is going to impact you, and when to take advantage of that. A High glycemic carb post workout is a hell of a lot better for muscle building then a low glycemic, but that same high glycemic carb throughout the day can add pounds to the waistline.

That being said take a look at your IIFYM dieting and see how the foods you are eating are impacting your goals… or just look at the progress you’ve made and ask yourself… could I have done it better?

Enjoy the cupcake… and share my fucking page

@ckcrown84 Finally a REAL input on IIFYM! Thanks Brother, that makes perfect sense. Being an Endo, 270cal Twinkie would be absolutely horrendous for me.
