Done three orders with them and I've been a loyal customer and they treat me like absolute crap. Every time I order from them they always try to upsell me and sell me more things. They'll even ship you an extra vial of gear and then message you and claim that you never paid for it. It's a complete crap show. It's like dealing with a car dealer.
