Juggling two young children, full-time work and 12 training sessions a week has paid off for Nelson bodybuilder Rachel Foster.
The 35-year-old pharmacist won her class at the Top of the South Classic 2016 bodybuilding competition at the Theatre Royal on Saturday.
Foster was the only athlete in the World Fitness Federation over-35 figure category, but after 13 years away from the sport, it was a personal triumph.
"It was 13 years ago that I did my last show and I only rejoined the gym last year after 10 to 11 years away from the gym scene," she said.
