1. BELT
This is your best friend. A correctly used belt will give you many benefits. The first benefit is lower back safety and health. The second is increasing your ability to brace effectively. This bracing will help you lift significantly more weight. Some will say that using a belt will make your abs lazy. Very not true. A belt will INCREASE ab muscle stimulation.
2. CHALK
You need chalk on deadlift days or you are not going anywhere.
3. KNEE SLEEVES AND/OR WRAPS
Knee sleeves are much like a belt in the fact that it is protective clothing that will also help add to your lifts. Wraps are the same. I will be posting a FAQ on wraps and sleeves later.
4. SHOES WITH STRAPS
These will be super effective for squats. There are many type of powerlifting shoes out there, not to mention brands.
