This is an acronym for Glycine-1-arginine-alpha-ketoiscaproic acid. Sounds complex but it is only a few BCCA's! That's right the amino acid glycine, amino arginine and alpa-ketoisccaporic acid which is a form of the bcca leucine! These aminos do certain things which does promote more GH in the body, reduce catabolism and increase production of NO in the body. But they are just that-the active ingredienents are just combined BCCA's. So next time your online you can pick up a 200 count bottle of BCCA's for about 12 dollars or so. Hot read right?
