6am - get up and take 10g glut, BCAAs and nothing but h2o
6:30am - MC IGF at half dose vs workout days
Cardo on treadmill for 20min at my target HR for that day
7:30am - 14 egg whites, 1 cup oats/ 10g glut, more BCAAs
9am - 50g protein from solid food, 1 cup or less oats, 0 fats
10-11am - repeat 9am meal
1-2 hours later - 50g protein from solid food, 16g fat,all greens I can eat
1-3 hours later 50g protein from solid food, 16g fat, allgreens I can eat
1-3 hours later 50g protein from solid food, 16g fat, all greens I can eat
1-3 hour later repeat above meal many times needed until bed time but dropping any fats 2 hours before bed.
Before bed time -50g casein in h20 with 10g glut and more BCAAs.
