I thought some may be interested in my observations.
I have a handful of cycles under my belt but the last one I was on for almost a year technically it was a blast, cruise and blast. So this time I was taking exogenous hormones for the longest period of time maybe about 10months. Previous cycles ran for about 14 weeks.
Difference this time is i actually did pct properly with hcg and clomid.
My observations... 14 weeks on no proper pct. After stoping the hormone use not only did I feel like crap in terms of low energy, always felt like eating fat and sweets, I had no drive to train anymore just didn't feel like training and in return I got smaller n smaller u till I got back to where I started with a pot belly.
I'm so surprised at how different it is on once u pct properly. . .I had about 1 week of where I was feeling soft and week at the gym but it's been 2 months since my last jab and my strength on nearly all my lifts is the same I still train with drive focus and intensity but I definitely gas out much faster so my volume isn't as high. I dont feel like screwing every women I see anymore which in a way is not a bad thing as it got very distracting. In terms of size, yes I lost some size and I'm down on the scales but alot of that would have been water and nitrogen retention. I would say I've kept a decent amount of gains.
If anyone thinks pct is not necessary, don't waste your time.. the difference is like night n day
