My intro

What's up guys. I didn't see an introduction thread so I'll post up here, mods please move if I didn't see it. I'm on a few others forums, been in the game for about 6 years now. I'm 34 yr. 245 average weight, usually sit at 10-12% bf. Been lifting since I was a wee lad. Lately I've been thinking to drop down to around 215, my knees have been taking this heavy weight for far to long, got up to 270 Last winter and was in more pain than it was worth. Lighter weight sure makes cardio easier, so it will be a road of weight loss this summer, shouldn't be to hard to get to 215, but I've been at the 240 range for so long it will be hard to not jump back up.

Just started trt a few weeks ago. I use to just run blasts and then take a few months off to recover but my test levels have been dropping pretty low so I figured it's time to trt.

Happy to be here.

I was just curious on your before number.
Came back at 255 after my last cycle. 2 winters ago I made a bad choice and ran a huge cycle of test, tren, deca, eq, dbol and anadrol and really jacked up my system even with high AIs I couldn't keep up, my diet was really good but my cholesterol tanked, had protein in my urine, liver enzymes were higher than I wanted. Made amazing gains but at an expense. I've only run one cycle since of just low test and now just starting trt. I think that cycle tanked my T levels because before that I never had any problems coming off. My body is now back to normal but I think it's going to be small cycles for health from now on!
