3 months after I started training again I started creatine, BCAAs & a pre workout. I used 20g of creatine monohydrate ED for 7 days then dropped to 10g for 3 weeks than repeated 20g of creatine 7 days then dropped to 10g for 3 weeks I did this 3 months. BCAAs I used 5g AM, 5g PreW/O 5g PostW/O & 5g before bed.

</br> I found it on a forum back when & it was on! LMAO... 5x5 workout really changed my strength really helped me get stronger.. I grew too but I started focusing on power! @ 160 lbs I was able to get 895 lb total at a local meet w/o AAS or PHs although I did start using again in 2012 the end of 2012... but that's a different story.

</br> For anyone starting or starting over know this... it takes time to get into a flow, but, like riding a bike, it comes back to you... Don't get discouraged about your start point or gains you lost, let that fuel you to strive everyday to get back to where you were or were you wannabe!
