My second cycle, and want to know a good PCT plan.

Hello im a 46 year old guy from Holland. I boxed for 15+ years and sinds 6 years im training bodybuilding. Learned a lot about dieting and training, so i thought it was time for more.
I started one cycle, but in my fourth week i was badly hurt in an accident and had to stop it. New i planned to do it again. I want to do onely one cycle a year so for me it is very important to have a good PCT because i want to save as much of my gains as possible. I first tell you what in planned to do. Actually what im doing because tomorrow my im taking my third shot.

week 1-12 test. enanthate 500 ml
week 1-10 nan. deca. 375 ml
week 1- 6 D-bol 40 mg every day

Afther 21 days of use i see good results. I started at 107 kg(about 235 lbs) and im new 113 kg(248 lbs). i assume its not all musclle, but i see my fat% is declining. I also use clen. two weeks on, two weeks off for a while. I heared it is also good to use post cycle. I became a member of this forum because a was reading all over the net, but for my feeling the comments hear made the most sense. Also i really start loving this sport and i want to go on with it.

conserning PCT i heared different things. What i came up with is

week 13 500 i.u HCG 2 x p.w 20 mg nolva. + 1 mg proviron
week 14 500 i.u. Hcg 2 x p.w. 20 mg nolva. + 1 mg proviron
week 15 40 mg nolva. + 1 mg proviron(arimidex)
week 16 40 mg nolva. + 1 mg proviron
week 17 20 mg nolva. + 1mg proviron
week 18 20 mg nolva.

I heared different things but my thoughts where these. HCG to let my tests work. Nolva to block te reseptor sites for oestrogen and arimidex at the same time to make the oestogen levels lower. These are al the pro s in my thoughts. But can i use al this gear togethet or will this give an affect that i dont want? My dieet is

1) 3 ounces of oatmeal with 200ml skim yoghurt. 4 slyses of brown bread with 2 peaces of skim chees and two peaces of ham. With 4 boiled eggs.
2) 4 ounces brown rice, 4 ounces of chicken, 4 ounces of vegtables. + 1 scoop whey with water.
3) 4 ounces of brown rice, 4 ounces of lean redbeef, 4 ounces of vegtables. + 1 scoop whey with water

pre workout: 1 rm(bpi), pump amino
post workout: buld hd, blocks(bpi)

4) 1 ounce dextrose + 2 ounce(whey isolaat) with water
5) 3 ounces brown rice, 3 ounces of tapiafilet, 3 ounces of vegtables. + 1 scoop whey with water.
6) 2 ounces brown rice, 3 ounces chicken, 3 ounces vegtables. + 1 scoop whey with water.

in the middle of the night 1 scoop comlex carbs, 1 scoop milkprotien with water.

1 ounce is in my opinnion 30 grams. Hope am not wrong.

The stange thing is that i said one cycle a year. catching myself thinking about the next one. Actually i dont really care. the first 6 years where great. But something got to me, and i dont know where it stops.

well first off welcome to MC, were happy to have you with us brutha!

As for your pct plan, it looks solid to me, your cycle is not that long nor dosed to high, so you should bunco back natty testosterone well with ur laid out PCT plan!


As for arimidex and nolvadex, you look like you know how they work, as you said Nolvadex blocks receptor, what it actually does is competes with the already present free floating estrogenfor the receptor, which is why nolvadex is great when sign of gyno/ estrogen are already present.

Arimidex as you said lowers estrogen levels, which isn't exactly right, it doesn't lower already present estrogen levels, what it does is it stops the conversion of testosterone to estrogen. In any case regardless of how well you actually understand how each works, your running them will help you achieve what your looking to do, as i said your cycle is not long in duration and the dosages aren't crazy high, so you will bounce back well after your cycle and should keep your gains fairly well provided you do everything right and stick to ur plan.
 
Thanks Presser!:thumbsup: New i know more about the gear that i use for my PCT, and if i understand it right im on the right track with my PCT plan.

Its very good to have some solid advice from guys that have experience with cycles. Ofcourse im going to do some more on a regular basis. My biggest fear is actually that i fuck up my libido with juicing the wrong way. I heared from a guy in owher gym that fucked up his system. He says that he never stops because if he does, his own system doesnt pick it up anymore. When he goes off he takes a 250 mg enanthate every 2 weeks.

I have to say it feels great. I dont do a lot more than eating, training and lying on the couse or sleeping. But my workouts are super and yes, i see my body growing every day. Actually a little bit scarry sometimes.
 
Then you know the game bro. I notice that boxers who start doing bodybuilding respond very well. Owher body is used to a lot of brutal punigement.
