V.I.P.
MC Logger
people are expressing that i should start a log on my trt program. to be truthful i don't have a doctor for trt, i started a program of sorts when i was 58. i am now 66. the reason i don't have a doctor for it is because when i had low t and should of been put on it, i wasn't. sometimes my labs would be just inside the lowest limit, but was way low at 200 ng/dl. it was then i decided to do my own.

i make my own gear for the most part. once in awhile i'll order some premade.
i've done a few cycles when i first started and i liked them. just doing trt i feel better.
i tried different esters and prefer sustanon the best. i've used nandrolone in my trt as well
it help to cushion my joint, which is needed.
currently i've just started taking sus at a lower dose due to problems with medications the doctors give me.

my regular regimen was 250 mg test/200 mg deca. which i'd drop at least a month before blood work and use npp/tp
upto a week or ten days before labs.
now keep in mind i have serious physical problems so i will illicit what i take. if i happen to be prescribed another med i will include it.
pinched nerve at L4/L5/S1; torn rotator cuff with a worn out shoulder joint. severe arthritic knee. multiple other medical conditions as
well as body wide chronic pain disorder.
i had a heart cath done, which they did in three place and ended up cutting a piece of my heart out to stop afib. the went in my wrist
one day. then went through both sides of my groin the next. they shaved off most of my hair front and back, and around the groin.
i had no blockages, no clots, and normal size heart. results clear me for surgery on my back, which i waiting for a date.

current regimen is as follows:
sus 250 mg twice a week
prescribed fentanyl patch 12 mcg/hour for 48 hrs
prescribed codeine 30 mg as need for break through pain
tyl 1000 mg three to four times per day.
finasteride 5 mg/day
clomid 10g/day
adex 0.5 mg twice a week
prami 0.5 mg twice a week.
various supplements are protein powder, amino acids, NOW prostate clinical strength formula,
hawthorn powder, turmeric, psyllium husk, probiotics, creatine, collagen, nutrition express joint
formula, l-lysine,
pre workout if i'm up to working out. very limited on what i can do due to problems listed above.

as far as food intake, i really eat what i want when i want. i'm a hard gainer even before steroids. although i did put on some pounds and weighed 100 kg/220 lbs when i started sterods. some people thought i was on steroids when i wasn't. i was born muscular. my waist had went up to 40 in. i'm 5'6" now. i was 5'7.5" before degenerative disc disease. i didn't gain weight on the steroids, but did lose some in my waist.
i now weigh 84 kg/185 lbs.
i lost weight with the use of fentanyl. it literally stripped me of nearly all my fat and my cholestrol and psa are coming down. i'll have to get some pics up. i don't shave, but the definition can still be seen well.
as for now this is my regimen. my labs in general are okay. i'm designated as third degree kidney failure, which is due to meds they've put me on that i no longer take.
i have elevated enzymes in both my kidneys and liver. the doctor hasn't been too concerned with either of late, since they're not too high.

so far as long as i mix my own fin i've done okay. recently the urologist gave me a script. been using it for several years now. i'm not sure i'm tolerating the script as well. the put so much extra non necessary crap ingredient in meds it's ridiculous. i think that's where i run into the most problems with meds. thanks for the information. never heard of fin syndrome before. my sex life is mess up with age.

@pgb bro dayum you on a lot of stuff. fentanyl a lot of dudes in texas hooked on. my son brew it up
it's funny, i've had a lot of different narcotics prescribed and have not been hooked on any of them. i'm a rarity for that and thankful for it. my biggest problem is the dose is too low after using the same dose for 3 years.

breakfast 2eggs, 2 bacon, 2 pancakes (homemade) fresh strawberries. milk
morning supplements i use with meal.
nice pic share thanks bro
but the pancakes need to be replaced with oatmeal @pgb
you can overnight soak the oat or straight make them, get steel cut oats

don't be upset if i seem critical in this, i have a lot on my plate. i do not have the quality of life to be able to have a normal one. i am busier now than when i wasn't retired and i did a lot when i was working. such as remodeling two houses, including the wiring, water and gas lines, roofing, repairs/maintenance on vehicles, changing engines, as needed, (all of which i actually did myself, no help), as well as working so i had the money to do it, and i still managed to get regular workouts in. now, i'm limited to doing a couple of things in a day and hope it's not too much due to pain interfering with it. my physical problems also include copd, emphysema, and asthma and am allergic to a multitude of chemicals and can't go out in the world so well because so many people wear fragrances and scents that i have difficulty breathing. people don't care how much they affect others by wearing so many perfumes/fragrances/scents and it transfers to others. heck my wife comes home with it on her or the two kids we take care of and they need showers and clean clothes, because i'm so sensitive to the chemicals. then i have to have breathing treatments. people do not understand, even when i try to explain about chemical sensitivities, nor do they care, nor willing to accommodate.

i eat a variety of foods. i make homemade pancakes with only 7 ingredients. i also eat oats. i prefer whole oats over pasty cut ones. i eat a very nutritious diet overall. which includes meat, potatoes, vegetables, fresh fruits and vegetables and milk. i do indulge in treats at times. most meals are prepared at home. as i said i eat what i want when i want. there is no counting calories, never have. i eat as my mom did and the families before them. regular meals. i'm only considered overweight because i am muscular. i asked the doctor once where i was suppose to lose weight at with my build. never been asked again. never really been a bodybuilder, just happen to be built like one. worked hard all my life and am a weight lifter. didn't do a lot of supplements along the way either. i work out just to maintain these days and have to work around all the physical problems, which are extensive anymore.

don't get me wrong, about doing a log, but with my current condition, it will be somewhat erratic. i have a lot of things i do which inhibit me from doing other things like getting a decent workout in. i can tell what i do in a routine, but it is not regular anymore. i need to do cardio, yes, but am limited by the severe pain. read that again please. i'm lucky if i can do a couple of hours work on a given day, such as change oil, replace brakes, change water pumps, or other vehicle work, do electrical work, climbing ladders and mowing the lawn. i'm not a sedentary person and i hate having acquired all these problem with age. the problem is the pain gets in the way so bad that i am laid up for a day or a couple/three. i helped load a trailer not long ago, one day and was laid up for two weeks so severe i could hardly walk. this is not to mention i have chronic fatigue and an insomnia. i do what i can when i can. i thought this would have been clear from my first post about doing trt. i do my own trt religiously. everything else is just me trying to get better if i can. i'm hoping they will schedule the surgery soon, but i'm still in limbo for the time being. i'm not trying to be harsh about it, just trying to explain this log won't be very ideal as i'd like under the current circumstances i'm dealing with. i've logged workouts in the past, but they were mundane at best. i'm just a weightlifter and worked a lot of years as a laborer, with past events as a marine coming back to haunt me. my routines were basic with free weights, since i don't/can't go to a gym. pullups/downs, bench, flys, curls, triceps extensions, squats, crunches, etc. no logs, because i'd remember what i've done and where i was at. ex. i'd do bench with a warm up of 135, then start increasing the weight til i reached what i wished for the day. sometimes go to 225, others 255 or more. i didn't use steroids. same for other exercises.
i found this site in 2017, because i needed trt and wasn't being helped by physicians. i got a lot of information here as well as other places. i enjoyed many of the discussions and tried to contribute where i could. i started my own trt program after a whole lot of research.

what i do now when i can is as follows:
pulldowns 1x15-18x115; 1x13x125, 1x10x135, 1x18x155.
pullups will be incorporated when i get my rack back up
stand chest press with bands: one set 10-12 reps with 175 rated band
one set 6-8 reps with 235 rated band
band easier on shoulder with injury.
seated db curls 1x15x35ea, 1x45x8-10, 1x55 as many as i can do or 2d set with 45
laying tricep extension 1x15x75, 1x10-13x85, 1x8-10x95
use rubber band pushdown rated for 175 if shoulder acting up too bad.
one legged squats 3x6-8 depending on knees/hips/back.
crunches/leglifts 1x50-60reps/1x20reps.
cardio needs work stamina sucks.

it does change sometimes just because i wish to try something else at the time, but the basics are always there:

i'll put up a couple pics as soon as i get them.
