The 2023 Sheru Classic France bodybuilding show was held on Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023, in Lille, France. It featured four IFBB Pro League contests, with the main attraction of the Men’s Open. Nathan De Asha won his second contest of the 2023 season. Maxime Yedess was the winner in Classic Physique, Emile Walker of England took the Men’s Physique title, and Kristina Brunauer won her first show of the season in Bikini.

Men’s Open Winner — Nathan De Asha
De Asha was already qualified for the 2023 Olympia Weekend in Orlando, FL, on Nov. 2-5, 2023, thanks to his win in the 2023 Flex Weekend Pro earlier in the season. Not only was the 2023 Sheru Classic France his 11th career win, but he blocked another Men’s Open competitor from qualifying for the Olympia. Only pro show winners advance to the Olympia this season.
Classic Physique Winner — Maxime Yedess
Yedess was the only French champion in this show. It was his first win of the 2023 season and books his return to the Classic Physique Olympia stage for the first time since 2020 when he placed 16th. Second place went to Alexander Westermeier, and bronze went to German Pastor of Spain.
Men’s Physique Winner — Emile Walker
Emile Walker entered his fourth show of the 2023 season and the first pro victory of his five-year career. He is qualified for the Men’s Physique Olympia in Orlando. Alessandro Cavagnola took silver in a two-point decision over Lenny Massouf, who was the highest finisher from France.
Bikini Division Winner — Kristina Brunauer
Kristina Brunauer has displayed perseverance and determination this season. In her eighth pro show of the year, she finally won a title to qualify for the 2023 Bikini Olympia. She finished in the top five of six of her previous seven contests but couldn’t score the top spot until now. Finishing in second place was Vivienne Kahl and third place went to Alice Marchisio.
