If you really want a muscle building meal that is less then $3 per meal? Buy in bulk and Pick 2 protein , 2 carbs and 2 fats bro. Other then my re feed days (then I buy what is needed that day) every week this is what my wife and I get from the store. Other then things for my 4 year old.

Eggs,Chicken or salmon
boil-n-bag brown rice, oats and sweet potatos
frozen greens
Almonds, olive oil and natural peanut butter.

Every meal comes out to less then $3 bucks.
