I'm 39 & have been training consistent since I was 18. I'm 5'9" & currently weigh around 210lbs. My training is a Power bodybuilding style with a big focus on Squat,Bench & deadlift. My goals are to get power lifter strong with a body builder physique. I'm in the military so I need to keep my cardio in check to pass my fitness test. Feel free to ask anything you want as I'm new & want to be informed the best I can.
@Projoe86 My friend, when you want to start a steroid cycle, please do more researches as much as possible about steroids, PCT, risks, side effects and so on, then make an informed decision on whether to use steroids or not. :weight:
