Wats up all, first forum I ever been in so be gentle...

A little about me, 35 yrs. Old, 160 lb., 8% bf, been wot king out about 2.5 yrs now and feel like I'm peaking. Been 155 lbs for the last 9 or so yrs, just can't break 160. I know I have a high metabolism and been on a 3,000 calorie a day diet with no changes. Not trying to get competition size, just a little more mass.
 
Still in my research phase, have to admitt that Mc has the most in depth info I've found on the web. One question though, I'm currently using creatine hydrochloride and super NOS Blast from Body Fortress in my workouts. Will this have any unwanted affects if I start using gear?

welcome to MC, and no their shouldn't be any sides from those supplements if u added in gear, maybe some extra bloat to the creatine, but loads of guys use those while cycling
 
Welcome to MC, I admire that metabolism. We're kinda in the same boat as I am new here as well and this is the place for the answers!
 
Yea, I work on an oil rig, 3 weeks on, 3 off...ate 3 meals a day plus 2 protein shakes for all 3 weeks. Gained 4 lbs. Lol
