Hi all

Im Jersey.

M 49

I have been lifting for a long time now
It has been an on and off thing but I have been at it strong for 5 years now.
I have dropped quite a bit of fat after finding the right info and following a much better diet.
35% @ the start and im down around 15%. I recently had to have surgery on my ankle so i have been out of the gym (Drs orders). I have been around on other boards and just found this place. I am looking forward to my time here

Years of injuring it caused damage. I had a bunch of cartilage and bone floating in the joint. Plus I had to have the ligaments tightened/reconstructed. Rehab has been a bitch. Everytime they add a new exercise it swells and im on my ass for a day. LOL
