Yes any bar or broom stick will work..
Start in dead lift position
Come up curl bar
Then press over head
Then down behind shoulders
Squat then back up
Reverse movements till u back at dead lift position
THAT'S 1 REP!!!
TRY AND GET 10
OF 3 SETS
u can work up intensity and bar weight
Doing this circuit brings heart rate up for long time if done correctly.
Be careful they hard!!!
