Greetings! I'm new to all of this but interested in getting in shape quickly, efficiently, and in a way that is sustainable. I found this site by looking for research around biohacking and I feel like there is a lot of good information here.
I am currently on a high-protein/animal fat diet, low to no carbs...I guess you'd call it keto specific. My metabolism is worthless due to hypothyroidism, for which I am on Synthroid. Before I start searching the forums, I'd like to know if anyone has experience working out, taking chems, and cutting fat while competing against thyroid issues.
With diet alone I am 185lbs, 5' 11', big legs (thanks 18 years of soccer), decent arms and shoulders, and the worlds worst spare tire. My goals are to get lean and relatively defined. I don't want to bulk or build much, but know I need to in order to cut fat. Overall, I just want to look good in most clothing.
Ive researched some of the products here, but am unsure where to start. Mostly I want to keep it simple, but only have 30-45 per day to workout, so I'm looking for something to help. Thanks in advance!
