New to peptides... need some help

This is the first time I'll be using peptides...ghrp 6 & igf-1 Lr3...
Got a few questions on the usage. Would be great if u guys can help..

1.) Wanna use ghrp6 for mass and probably anti-aging. Thinking of doing 100mcg either 3 or 4 times a day.
Which is recommended for best results?

2.) Is it true that igf-1 should be shot immediately after workout and then again an hr later after that? I've read in many posts over
here that ppl use it pre-workout & then 2 hrs after workout.

3.) Can ghrp6 & igf be mixed in the same syringe if the dosage time clashes?

4.) Which is a better injecting method for peptides? IM or SubQ? I'm just confused coz some swear by SubQ & others by IM.

5.) I've heard & actually seen from those who take ghrp6 that it builds up on fat due to extreme hunger. But to be fair
enough, those who I've seen taking ghrp6 binge in MacDonalds & other crappy food just coz of hunger. If I eat clean all the
way, there won't be fat accumulation?

6.) Any advice on stacking these 2 peptides for endomorphs? Anything to take precaution for?
My diet is very clean though.

I'm not sure about ghrp but the igf yes you can take either before or after or both

And I wouldn't mix them together bro. Use them one at a time and don't mix together in my opinion

- GHRP-6 is just an amplifier for the GH spike that your body produces, without using something in conjunction to create a spike you are gonna have to be REALLY explicitly good at your timing. It is pretty much impossible to know when your body is producing a GH spike. Most common and sizable is during REM sleep.
I personally would be using at least something like Ipamorelin, or GRF1-29 to force spikes to make use of the GHRP-6 otherwise you'll only be sure your hitting the nail with the night shot just before bed. One other thing is that GHRP-6 will make you super hungry after administration, not something thats good for before bed.

3-4 times a day is excessive and unnecessary. If you think you have to have an empty stomach from your previous meal (ideally), then shoot both compounds, then wait 30mins before consuming anything. 4 tims a day is unrealistic. You can reap more benefits from doing 100mcg of both in the morning when you wake, and again at night, double the cycle in length and get the same or better results than 4 tims a day.

- The amounts in the pins is tiny for both compounds and since they are shot with a slin pin its not necessary or advised to mix any peptides together

- For GHRP and CJC peptides there is NO benefit for injecting IM, infact this will slow the release into the body as the compounds are largely systemic. This is would make as my statement for IGF a well, however i do not have as much experience with it as the other 2.

- You are largely what you eat, and yes GHRP6 is gonna make you hungry. I think you answered your own question really. Thing to remember always is that GH effect and release is HUGELY blunted by the consumption of Carbs or Fats, and only Pure protein sources should be consumed after admin. Carbs and Fats should wait atleast 30mins after to not spoil the GH spike.

6.) Any advice on stacking these 2 peptides for endomorphs? Anything to take precaution for?
My diet is very clean though.
- Everyone says their diet is clean, and its possibly true. But taking these GH peptides requires a larger knowledge as to degrees of timing and routines of eating. Remember without forcing the body to spike GH with a catalyser like GRF1-29 or CJC actually nailing when the amplifier GHRP2 or 6 should be taken for optimal effect is nigh on impossible. Do research .. lots of it, then do more. Im on my 4th or 5th time of using these compounds and i am only just getting it right for me.

i wanted to do ghrp 6 by itself coz my source only has G6 & igf-1.

but it does makes sense to use a catalyser like GRF 1-29 or CJC. I'll probably try to find legit sources for it and stack it with G6.

Hey guys,

Is there any guide to do IM applications for igf-1? I've done AAS via IM in my delts, quads, glutes.

I've read so many posts that it's best to apply igf-1 to the muscle worked out.

I wanna learn how to apply in my pecs, forearms, lats.

Also, what applicator can be used to apply IM for IGF?

Applicator is fine to use for IM IGF applications so you'll be fine using them IM unless you have an ungodly amount of fat and can't reach the muscle :lurk:. You do it just like you would any other IM application, it's not rocket science. I have to say though, I did the IGF cycle that I finished today starting applying IM bilaterally and then switched to subq in the lower abdomen. I prefer subq much much more but I guess this is a personal preference.

You can basically apply the IGF wherever you want, if you're training chest and wanna apply it there, you can, same goes for bis, tris, shoulders, lats, calves, quads. I've never seen anyone apply it to the forearms though
 
@neonlizard - i've read many times that IM is used for site specific growth... From your experience, by applying sub-q, does it help overall growth? Meaning, if I work my chest & apply sub-q in my abs, will it still help chest muscle growth?

@big - true. I can't find posts where anyone has applied to forearms. Would be good if igf could help in forearm muscle hypertrophy

I don't see why you couldn't apply it to the forearms, but for me, I'd be scared of finding a vein. I've got them all through my arm and I wouldn't even know where to apply it, but I guess it could be done
 
I mite try forearms one day. not sure if i would. Do u think a 27g 1/2 would be gd to apply IM to the pecs, lats, delts or 25g?

For AAS, i use 23G. I find insulin needle too small to go IM. any thoughts on this bro?
