hello i have seen posts on clen and im totally new to using clen..its a liquid clen from "I*****g research"..iv seen some posts talk about starting off with small dose like 20mcg then increase 20 more after 2days or until bottle runs out..iv also seen some posts start out with a big dose then drop lower...will i still get progression if i use 20mcg a day until empty bottle? or even every-other day until empty? also..im guessing its ok to take my vitamins while doing this too correct? my goal is to drop 15-20lbs in a month doing lots of cardio and eating high protein like fish n chicken n veggies thx!
