Hello everyone, just registered and new to the forum. Great site and I have been learning a lot. I have been training since i was 17 years old, stopped lifting since 2020 pandemic, and I've been doing body weight workouts at home ever since. Even with a good diet and training as best as I can given my situation, I've lost a significant amount of muscle/strength and gained a bit of fat (currently 14%-16% bf). I am looking to go back to lifting again sometime after the holidays.

Ever since the pandemic, I've felt significantly less motivated and enthusiastic. Not sure if its from the pandemic, getting older or a combination of both. Currently in my mid 40's and considering TRT/TRT+ so I've been trying to get up to speed on everything I need to know before I decide whether to take the plunge now or hold off a while longer. If and when I decide to go on TRT I know will likely run at least 2-3 cycles per year. I've run 2 cycles in my early 20's, nothing crazy though. First cycle was dbol, test enan, and anastrozle followed by pct with nolva and clomid. Second cycle was test prop, test enan, and aromasin followed by pct with nolva and clomid. Been natty ever since and focused on nutrition, training, and supplements. I've been low carb since my 30's, and switched to high fat keto since Feb 2022 to help with some digestive/immune issues. This has helped significantly along with improving body composition.

I look forward to learning and contributing to the forum and appreciate any help or experiences with TRT/TRT+, gear, etc. Thanks.

welcome to MuscleChemistry! Happy to have you with us! If you do decide to use testosterone again, you should first see if you can get it prescribed especially beings your in your 40's!

My GP has dismissed my concerns regarding hormonal health ever since I brought it up a few years ago, so I am trying to find a reputable, knowledgeable, and hopefully flexible TRT clinic(s). So far all of the TRT clinics within 60 min driving range of my area are wallet/bank account rapists. I'm not sure if that is because I live in a densely populated metro area with high cost of living or because they feel they can get away with it. Some of the online clinics appear to be much more reasonable and straight forward with pricing and options, but I have read mixed reviews of them depending on which forum you go to. I'm hoping the bodybuilding oriented forums will be able to steer me in the right direction and hopefully save me some money as well. I'm looking for a clinic(s) that will be "bodybuilder friendly". I don't plan on doing crazy cycles, but aside from TRT, I'd like to try a few other things I've always wanted to try such as Bold Cyp, Primo E, HGH, HCG. During my previous cycles i was definitely a high aromatizer so Bold C/Primo E are probably the only AAS compounds I'll be trying on top of a Test base, mostly for E2 control and because I prefer a drier/harder physique.

I got a hormone panel done on my own recently since my GP has denied me for the last 4 years. On paper I seem to be healthy for the most part. I seem to be low on salt which can be corrected easily. White blood cell count, hemoglobin, and hematocrit are a tad low, but that might be because I'm currently dealing with the tail end of a viral infection. Total T is in healthy range. E2 seems rather low compared to Total T and I'm wondering if that is the cause of my issues. Does anybody know what Total T to E2 ratio I should be aiming for? FSH is high and possibly TT as well due to the fact I've been using fadogia. As I am new to all this, would appreciate any feed back and/or insight from anyone with experience on how to better interpret these results in case I am reading it incorrectly.
