Hey brothers,
New guy to the forum here, but not so new to this journey of pain and gains.
I'm Gunther, 29 years old, originally from Brazil, been living in Los Angeles, CA, for 7 years now.
Skinny and scrawny when I was growing up, I've been training since I was 17, but only realized how much it would take to reach my dreams about 3 years ago, when I started taking this as my priority and making everything else revolve around it (a lot of you know what I'm talking about).
In September 2014 I started coaching with 3J from 3J nutrition and I can only tell how much better life is having some professional guidance instead of the so tiring "trial and error" method. At that point I was 180lbs, relatively lean but seemed so distant from where I wanted to be.
Well over a year and two cycles later (First cycle Test Only, Second Cycle Test/Deca) I proudly stand at 220lbs and preparing a big bulk for this coming Winter. It will definitely be my first big cycle and I decided to sign up to make a log and share with you all this 24 week journey.
Meanwhile I will try to get acquainted and participate as much as I can in the forum to share the little (but growing) knowledge about AAS and training.
Hope to be in touch with you all soon!
Gunther
