Honestly i just got out of prison so i could use a good routine if u have any suggestions. Just got membership to gym yesterday. Was doin an hour a day 5 days a week rotating chest arms legs back and abs 20 min every other day but fell off my last 2 months bc i was in halfway house with no equipment. Also looking for reputable site to order. T. enanthate from if anyone could help. Im really a beginner at all this so could use any help i could get because im in this for a lifestyle change and have very little knowledge. Hoping to find a local at gym to help me with my workout plan and meal plan also. Any help is greatly appreciated guys. Thank you
