I'd say they could possibly be affected and enlarged if they are activated by a lot of estrogen and prolactin. For the most part, even with aromatase conversion, I don't think males get close to the amount necessary to do that.

enlarged how? when i think areola i think the round circular part around the nipple, right? im not sure how that could become larger unless you guys are talkig about puffy from inside out larger, i thought he meant can the diameter get bigger, as thats why comes to mind for me when i think areola, i even like to say areola once ina while lol, it rolls of the areola so well
