Hey guys, just sayin hey. I'm new here. I'm in my 50's and work out regularly but I've found I have to do more reps and less weight as I get older cause my joints hurt. Who made that shirt "old guys rule"? I wanna kick him in the nads! lol. Anyway, I'm hoping to learn more here other than traditional pyramid lifting and circuit training without paying a trainer. I also stay in shape by not eating breads, pasta, potatoes and not drinking anymore (another story). I gotta vent that I was in the gym the other day doing cardio on the cybex and this guy around my age with pretty good size arms and shoulders was carrying a personal fan on a string. He hooked the string to the top of the machine so the wind was in his face while he worked his mangina! You know the adductor and abductor machines? haha I wish I had my phone with me to take a pic. Anyway, it looks like I got plenty to check out here.
