To the OP, bro I would stick with 150mg/ml max. 200 going to hurt. And hopefully your body is good with EO.

Do yourself a favor and keep it at 100mg/ml. Use some MCT oil to keep it thin. Good luck..

Personally I suggest 150mg, and it will completely painless, and definitely won't crash.. Lmk if you need the recipe?...
