Ok, Its crunch time. 3 weeks out. This week will be hell week for me, just to get better conditioning on my back side. Saw my trainer this weekend and he was very pleased. Said I look like every bit of 240lbs and that top 5 shouldnt be a problem. Just all depends on who shows up to battle for that top spot. Here are some changes and plan for this week.
Cardio:
back to doing two 20 min. sessions a day
Diet:
Carbs: 100 grams high day, 0 low days
Drugs:

DNP - will do it just for this week.
Weight is 222lbs as of this morning.
