OMG! This sucks Please read

Im sharing this with my family here at MC, Im angry and upset and not sure what I can do to help. yesterday my 16 year old niece was T-boned by an illegal immigrant and put my niece in the hospital. she is severely injured. My cousin is a single father working 2 jobs to care for his 2 daughters and now has to spend his time in the hospital with his daughter and not working. he is losing money, heres the bullshit part. he talked to an attorney today, the illegal was not insured and was arrested and will be deported. He cant sue and basically is fucked and his daughter is in the ER with head trauma, broken back, hip, arm and ribs. She was wearing her seat belt but he hit her so hard jaws of life were needed.
I want to help start a charity or something, this man works so hard and cares for 2 daughters after their mother passed away and he one of the greatest men I know.
Does anyone know how I can set up a charity or something to help them? I want justice and I want to help..like I said Im angry and sad.
Any MC advice or help would be greatly appreciated.

Tried that brotha but thank you. they all want to charge or say its easy just set it up and offer receipts for those who donate and want a tax deduction.
It just sucks, and my niece isn't getting any better

Thank you for all your support. I stayed all last night with her and even in a coma I was talking to her telling her that "Your uncle is here I will protect you" and I could feel her squeezing my hand. I couldn't stop crying..
I know tragedy is all around us and its part of life, but when it comes to an innocent child I have no remorse for those who hurt children.

I set it up. Im trying to help my cousin with the bills while he is with his daughter in the hospital. She goes in for surgery tomorrow morning for her shattered pelvis. I have my other niece with me and she is the redhead on the fundsite. The one behind her is her older sister, that's who is in the hospital. Im glad im retired and able to help family I just cant do enough on my own.


I truly appreciate all of you for saying prayers and helping like you do. You are a family in my book and one im proud to be a part of.
