Ya I feel like shit, my level was a little higher on 175mg than it was on 200 so they said to start using 100mgs. I was on 100 when I started and that put me in the 400’s

I am waiting for full bloods next month. I am not on TRT. My guinea pig likes to blast and cruise though.

Part of me wants to blast and cruise and the other part wants to cycle because I’m still recovering. But I will say, the recovery part is not easy. There’s about 6 weeks in there you don’t feel good at all

I had high rbc last time and doc told me to stop test so 6 weeks now no test and 1 donation so if I'm 50 or under I can start back but I'm not sure if I will be I was at 58 before donating yea I know. Sleep apnea and test make for high rbc

I know aas makes rbc go up but it may not only be aaa. I was above high normal rbc with a test level of 299 before trt. On trt my level is about the same

My Dr gives me an order as needed to donate and checks iron as required by blood bank per 6 donations in 6 months...
I have had to go 3x in month serveral times to knock hemoglobin down.
My Hematcrit never that high but I donate or blood let....
Trt patients are allowed to donate more as ordered by Dr. THIS is common when first getting on and build up from not donating!!
They throw my blood away. Hep c antibody, no virus though.
In past 5 years I donated on average of every 3 weeks and no more than 5 weeks except a couple times.
Well I started hgh and t3 and for whatever reason u went 3x between August and September 2017. After that once in Febuary, once in may and once 2 days ago.
Never got out of range either.
My order allows me to donate even at 13 hemo to keep it down. Once over 18 hard to get down and climbs to 20 hemo then u gotta go ever week for 3 weeks or it will never go down at 3 weeks....
So for me hgh must of made something normal!!! But t3 also carries oxygen to cells so maybe red blood got help????
I do hiit training that alone will raise red blood for oxygen.
But at same time cardio can lower red blood..
Hepicedin in liver surpreesses from A AS supposed to be the culprit but really who knows. Anadrol supposed to help raise the most and didn't bother me....
Too high testosterone 750-1000mg wk caused me problem more than anything I found so now I run lower and add in .
Eq though done with it, and really it never did much now I stopped using it I can't understand if it did much at all. Lmao!!

Your lucky that you have a good doctor. I made the mistake of telling the Red Cross that I was on testosterone and said that my doc told me to donate even though he didn’t the woman said they were not a blood dumping center and said they could not take my blood. I’ve been back there several times now I tell them I’m not on any meds. There is no other place to donate around here
