I've been reading a lot of the posts on picking a cycle for a beginner. I'm hoping that someone can give me some quality help with figuring out the best route for me.
I compete in jiu jitsu, usually do about 5-6 tournaments a year. The end of this month will be the last tournament I do in a weight class and will be competing in the absolute division(no weight class). I am 5'8" 190-195 and cut down to 170. I want to put on at least 20-25 pounds over the next few months, and increase strength obviously.
Im not really sure where to start....test, possibly deca, anti-e (really want to avoid estrogen problems), aq, something to avoid hypertension....and so on...confused about almost all of it...
Any help would be very appreciated.
