Large doses of panthotenic acid have proven to reduce acne. Take 2500 mg four (4) times a day (last dose at bedtime) until acne is under control, and then 1500 mg three (3) times a day for maintenance.
i take 4grams of b5 every cycle i am currently taking it too. u cannot OD b5 since it is water soluble. one chinese study even showed fatloss with 10grams and higher b5/day but it can be costly. the cheapest b5 i have found is at bodybuilding.com 1000mg/tab 100tabs for 20bux.
